We collect the data you provide directly when you make a booking or contact us: name, phone number, email address and booking details (trail, date, number of people). We do not collect sensitive data.
Data is used exclusively for: managing and confirming bookings, communicating with you about the requested service, meeting legal obligations and, only with your consent, sending information about services.
Processing is based on the performance of the service contract, your consent (where applicable) and the operator's legal obligations.
We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or in line with legal obligations (e.g. accounting documents). Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymised.
We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose it only to providers who support us in delivering the service (e.g. payment processors, booking/calendar services) or to authorities when required by law.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to withdraw consent. You can exercise these by contacting us at rezervari@atvsinaia.com. You may also contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
