J29/2096/2018, sole registration code (CIF) 400011840 (hereinafter "the Operator", "we" or "ATV Sinaia"). The operating point for ATV rental services is located at Str. Răscoalei 1907, no. 10A, Sinaia, Prahova County, Romania.
Using this website and the services offered implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
ATV Sinaia offers guided ATV rental services on mountain trails in the Sinaia and Bucegi Mountains area. Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the online booking system on the website.
Trail descriptions, durations and prices shown are for information only. We reserve the right to adapt the trail depending on weather, safety or participants' level.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we explicitly confirm it. Payment can be made using the methods communicated at the time of booking. For online payments, these are processed securely through third-party payment providers; ATV Sinaia does not store your card details.
Participants agree to follow the guide's instructions and the safety rules communicated before the tour. Riding the ATV is done at your own responsibility, following safety rules. The participant declares they are physically fit for off-road activity.
Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances before or during the tour is strictly forbidden and results in cancellation without refund.
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are communicated at the time of booking. In case of unfavourable weather making the trail unsafe, the tour can be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
ATV Sinaia makes every effort to run activities safely. However, off-road activity involves inherent risks that the participant accepts. The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from the participant's failure to follow safety instructions.
All website content (text, images, logo, graphics) is the property of NICMONTSIN SRL or is used with legal rights and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
These conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) platforms indicated in the website footer.
